Named in a piece of content?

If content published in the app names or identifies you and you want to respond or request a correction, write to support@bumi.recipes — your request is handled with the same priority as abuse reports.

Reporting illegal content

Any content you believe to be illegal can be reported from within the app (the "Report" menu available on every recipe and every profile) or by email to support@bumi.recipes (as provided for by Article 16 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, the DSA).

For us to process it, a report must include:

• the reasons why you consider the content illegal;
• its exact location in the app (recipe title, account name);
• your name and email address;
• a statement confirming that your report is made in good faith.

Manifestly illegal content is removed promptly, and serious illegal activity is reported to the competent authorities (PHAROS, the French police reporting platform).
